A 9,000 sq ft creative workspace designed around the concept of “squads”, small focused teams working within a shared central hub. The main hub houses most desks beneath a generous light well, encouraging collaboration and visual connection between teams. Four branching wings extend from the core, each containing amenities and meeting rooms to promote circulation and movement throughout the building. Vertical variation, including a sunken floor and mezzanine levels, enhances spatial richness and supports dynamic, flexible work environments.
